I love the flowers - they light up the room.
There was no preservative,however!
I do change the water, and cut the stems.

Thank you for the review. We add preservative to the water to the water and we spray each arrangement before sending them out, so we don’t send preservative out. I’m glad you liked your flower arrangement. God bless!!!

I wanted to let you know how kind they were and very understanding. My mother ended up having to go back in the hospital and they delayed my order for over a week at my request. They later sold the first delivery attempt in the store when the stay went longer than expected and created a new arrangement and delivered it promptly when she was finally sent home.
